Our Sydney home showcases a curated selection of our award-winning Felons beers. With an epic line-up of weekly events, live music & sport, our home is a cultural hub where all walks of life can roll in, rock up and come drop their shoulders! 

We are seeking Full-time or Casual Chefs to join our growing team!

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepares food in a clean working environment in line with business volumes
• Ensure kitchen operating procedures (SOPs) are always followed
• Have a thorough knowledge of the entire menu, including an understanding of all base products and ingredients used
• Ensure stock rotation is applied according to standard procedures of FIFO
• Handle and maintain kitchen utensils with care, and in line with best practice
• Prepare food in line with menu requirements and kitchen standards for the chef’s area of operation
• Produce food according to menu costings and recipes

What we are looking for:

• Cooks, Commis, Chef de Parties!
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade Papers is highly regarded.
• Undeniable pride for creating and delivering consistent, high quality produce
• Passion for innovative menu design
• The ability to work under pressure whilst executing precise time management skills involving planning, prioritising and delegating
• Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster
