Responsibilities include:
- Leading the guest experience and continually looking for opportunities to improve
- Lead and coach a diverse team of people ensuring that team culture is at the forefront of everything you do
- Visibly active on the floor, leading by example and supporting Food and beverage Supervisors/Attendants to be the best that they can be
- Assisting guests with any feedback and actioning as appropriate
- A high knowledge of the product produced in venue
- Basic knowledge of reporting
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a similar role at a fast-paced venue
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts
- Be a positive and collaborate team player
- Assist with guest requests and requirements
- Hold a valid RSA
